How much faith does it take to obey?
Not much.
In the verse above, Peter didn’t really believe that they were going to catch any fish… “Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing”.
Those were the facts. That’s what he had seen – NO FISH!
Peter couldn’t see that they would catch anything, but he went ahead and say, “nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.”

It is important to know where we stand with the Lord.
It is important because, there are often times in our spiritual life when people give us a hard time. But we should KNOW where we stand, and we KNOW the Lord sees our heart, our attitude and our actions, and He defends us. “God hath seen… and rebuked thee…”
Jonah 3.5
I find myself often saying, “Thank the Lord for the Lord!” I think what I mean by that is that when I fail – God does not!
